Renovate Building 52101 (FY16) and 52110 (FY 17), JITC, Fort Huachuca, AZ
This design-bid-build project consists of Renovate Buildings 52101 and 52110 to provide a Classified Open Storage Area (COSA) complete building for use by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). Buildings are identical and 12,000 sf each. Work involves interior demolition, new interior walls and doors, new ceilings, raised floors and new flooring, new restroom, new fire alarm and fire sprinkler, new roof, new exterior siding, new HVAC, new electrical and new communication, CRACs (computer room A/C), electrical, network, security, new exterior windows, doors and exterior wall EIFS, site work and landscaping. THIS PROJECT IS A 100 % SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE PROCUREMENT using the Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable procedures resulting in a firm-fixed price contract. Both a technical and price proposal will be required. The Technical Evaluation Factors for this procurement are in Section 00 22 00entitled Supplementary Instructions. It is the Government's intent to award based on initial offers without discussions; therefore, the offerors shall provide their best technical and price proposals. There will be one pricing schedule for this project with a Performance Period of 365 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $36.5M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. Estimated cost range for this project is between $10,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 6, 2017. All proposals will be due on or about July 11, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
