The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, has a requirement to "Renovate Building 2640, located at March Air Reserve Base," Riverside, California, 92518
A Firm-Fixed Price award is anticipated. The contractor shall provide services to include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and supervision necessary to "Renovate Bldg 2640, located at March ARB" to support and conduct VA medical administration functions; call center; finance, budget, contracting, conferencing, and training for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, CA, as required by Drawings and Specifications for Project 605-16-610
The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Period of Performance for this project will be 30 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Veterans First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million.

A Ninety day bid acceptance period will be required. Bid Bond will be required.
Only Hardcopy bids will be accepted.
A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held, date/time/location to be provided in the solicitation.
