THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research for a Renovate 4 South-New OR Suite project on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, WJB Dorn VA Medical located in Columbia, South Carolina.
The purpose of this sources sought is to locate possible Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) who are registered and certified on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) web page portal located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx and able to perform Renovate 4 South-New OR Suite at the facility.
If your business and/or company qualify as stated above and are interested in participating please provide a capability statement not to exceed five pages (excluding past performance information reports) which includes the following information via email to Thaddeus.Willoughby@va.gov. Verification from the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) that shows your business name, DUNS, NAICS, and whether you are a SDVOSB or VOSB. The NAICS is 236220.
Must provide a minimum of three past performance information reports within the past five years that shows your company has performed work to renovate a operating room and the infrastructure required to support the operating room include but not be limited to: structural, utility, architectural, fire suppression/fire alarm, communications, HVAC, security, communications, and specialties.
Letter from bonding company stating the company s bonding capability.
Summary description of the company s; Core Capabilities, Description of major services offered, Major Clients (Commercial and Government), and NAICS Codes
Must provide a letter stating you are interested in this requirement and would like to consider providing an offer if a solicitation is advertised.
