Renovate 3W for Surgery Administration
The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish a construction project described per the provided specifications and drawings. The project scope includes demolition of existing clinical space for construction of a new administrative office suite for Surgical Service. Work included but is not necessarily limited to general construction activities for renovation work including architectural finishes, mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing utility support, and miscellaneous other items as detailed on the plans and indicated in the specs.
NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $33.5 million.
This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. This solicitation will be a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. To be eligible for award, at the time which offers are due and delivered to the Contracting Officer, the bidder must be listed and viewable in the Vendor Information Pages in the VetBiz registry at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. The Vendor Information Pages will be checked at the time of receipt of all offers, as well as prior to award. In addition, bidders are further advised that compliance with VAAR 852.219-10 shall be enforced and monitored to ensure that the minimum self-performance requirements are being met by the SDVOSB contractor. The successful bidder must also be able to demonstrate how their firms intend to satisfy the self-performance requirements. Should the successful bidder be unable to do so, the contracting officer will deem such bidder as non-responsive and an award will be made to the next bidder whose bid is determined to be the next Lowest Price.
The construction price range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
