Renewal of annual warranty/maintenance for Simulators
Contractors to submit a quote for the renewal of the warranty maintenance contract for various Simulators. Contractors need to complete RFQ sections A and B as well as 30a-30c on the first page.
****NOTE**** Please attached atleast two redacted invoices of other customers with your quote. This will be used to determine your quote as fair and reasonable. If you do not have invoices, please submit a published price list with the list of charges as well as the effective date of the price list.
All questions should be submitted prior to the closing of this RFQ.
