The State of Nevada is soliciting creative proposals from parties interested in providing renewable energy from primarily crystalline based technologies and photovoltaic (PV) solar resources to State of Nevada facilities and buildings through long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) and/or the ownership of generation assets. The State of Nevada desires to engage in long-term PPA and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts verses state system ownership.
