Renewable Energy Demonstration Project Grants
The Maine Public Utilities Commission is requesting proposals from eligible entities for community demonstration projects that involve renewable energy technologies. Projects or feasibility studies submitted under this RFP will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The types of renewable energy projects eligible for this RFP are not limited to projects that involve the generation of electricity.
Efficiency Maine is requesting Proposals for Commercial Project Grants to be funded by ARRA. Proposals meeting the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP) may be eligible to receive funding of up to $50,000 for individual applicant grants. This is a matching grant program wherein the applicant is required to fund the project with an amount equal to or greater than the grant amount.
