The general scope of this work is for the contractor to include all material, labor, plant, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation to remove and replace 2 existing HVAC units located on Bldg. 22 at the Sepulveda Air National Guard Station. This project requires qualified construction service expertise to provide all the necessary items and service for removal and installation of HVAC units and life safety requirements. This project must meet all applicable state and federal codes in order for occupation of CA ANG staff in this facility.
