Remove Vestibule and Replace with Handicap Accessible Vestibule at Main Entrance to Building 165, Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI.
Description of Required Work: This project will replace the existing vestibule at the main entrance to building 165 at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, Rhode Island, with a wheelchair accessible enclosure. Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing vestibule and concrete slab, installation of a new handicap accessible vestibule with metal standing seam roof, automatic door operators, concrete slab and sidewalk, and all related work for a complete and useable project. Work is detailed in the attached documents.
This contract action is a total small business set-aside. The Government will only accept quotes from small business concerns.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 and the annual size standard is $36,500,000.

Offerors must contact the site visit point of contact early enough to gain access to the base the date of the site visit. There are timely actions required by Offerors wishing to attend the site visit. Multiple site visits will not be facilitated.
