The General ******** Public Buildings Service is seeking a ********** to furnish all labor, tools, materials, ********** and supervision to remove and replace three cooling towers located on the roof of the Fritz Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, TX. Removing three 500T steel cooling towers from the 14th floor roof and replacing with three 750T forced-draft counterflow fiberglass cooling towers. Incidental work includes but is not limited to all necessary electrical piping and connections, extending heat trace system, mechanical valves and piping, pipe insulation and jacketing, valve tags and pipe flow/content labeling, modifications and programming to the building automated system (BAS), tower test and balance, steel modifications to the support structure, and heavy load hoisting.
