The project generally consists of removal of
improvements, grading, concrete paving, asphalt street surfacing, curbs and drive
entrances, porous concrete sidewalks, fire hydrant relocations, storm drainage,
street lighting, and landscaping. Qualified bidders are required to have a fully
responsive contractor questionnaire on file with MoDOT at least 7 days prior to the bid
opening.
