This Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is to establish a Qualified Pool of Remote Real-time TypeWell Transcribing Services. Consultants accepted into the pool are prequalified to provide Transcribing Services to the educational institute in support of its mission campus-wide. Real time transcribing service requests have steadily increased over the past eight years at the educational institute. Remote real-time transcribing services will be used when on-site transcribers are unavailable for classes.
