Remote Sensing Study
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals to implement and provide a Remote Sensing Device (RSD) study. The main goal of the study is to assist the three (3) counties within the State with non-attainment air quality to reach compliance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, relative to on-road testing requirements.
