The awarded vendor shall obtain valid remote sensing (RSD) readings from a minimum of ten thousand (10,000) vehicles, which will fulfill the 0.5% fleet requirement set by 7 DE Admin. Code 1131. The Vendor shall provide vehicle information, emissions reading data, and a written report on the findings from the RSD study to the Department.
