•1           Shower Remodel Project involves the following

 

      A MANADORY WALK MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, CARLO FERRANDO - 918 -519-3619.


 

•1.1              Dorm Shower Male 460 sq. ft. each

•1.2              Dorm showers female 460 sq. ft. each

•1.3              Contractor will prep and secure the work area.

••            Must ensure a secure path

•1.4              Remove all sinks and fixtures

•1.5              Remove all floor and wall coverings

•1.6              Remove existing ceiling

•1.7              Replace 4 shower fixtures with acorn fixture with low GPM

•1.8              Replace tile with 4x4 white

•1.9              Replace floor tile with 1x1 tile light gray

••            Materials must be approved

•1.10          All grout to be epoxy grout

•1.11          Replace ceiling with drop vinyl commercial grade tiles

•1.12          4 new drop in light fixtures

•1.13          New 4 sink counter top and plumbing fixtures with 1.3 GPM

•1.14          Shower dividers to be reused

•1.15          Toilet dividers to be replaced

•1.16          Toilets and urinals to be replaced with low GPM

•1.17          All fixtures and equipment specifications must be approved by the Maintenance Supervisor.

•1.18          Contractor will clean and vacuum work areas.

•1.19          Working hours at job site will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

•1.20          Different times may be considered but must be approved and prearranged with Carlo Ferrando, Maintenance Supervisor.

•1.21          The contractor shall complete all specified work within the specified time.

•1.22          Protect surrounding areas from damage or disfiguration.


•1.23             If on site fabrication is needed, accommodations will be made to allow room for contractor to temporarily set up a table or other means of supporting work for that purpose.

•1.24          The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean work area always during installation and clean up after installation.

•1.25          Contractor is responsible for verification of all dimensions.

•1.26          Contractor must ensure the storage area on the premises, inside and outside, are secure. The Tulsa Job Corps will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
