Remodel Shop into Administrative Space
I. SCOPE OF WORK:
This project will engage a General Contractor to renovate approximately 2,300 square feet of the north shop adjacent to the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center Friendship House located at 1140 NW 32nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73118 for Project No 635-12-315 into administrative office space. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision and transportation necessary to perform all work as described in drawings and specifications.
STATEMENT OF BID ITEM(S)
Demolition of existing walls, fixtures, and utilities as shown on drawings and specifications. Installation of new mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communication lines, gas, water, sewer, and other utilities to service the shop as shown on drawings and specifications. Construction of new administrative office spaces as shown on drawings and specifications.
Work is to be completed within 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
