Remodel Readiness Center MEP Systems
The work includes demolition of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and re-construction of those systems. The existing mechanical system that is located on the roof will be removed and be replaced with a new variable refrigerant flow zoning system. The electrical system will be replaced with up to date service panels, devices, and conductors. The building components will include new wood framed walls, steel furring channels, building insulation, gypsum board walls and celings, pvc roof system patching, steel frames and wood doors, access doors, floor and wall tile, carpet, painting, and lockers.
