By Remittance Processing Equipment we mean the paper processing hardware equipment, computing equipment, interconnection hardware and software to support the opening of mail, scanning of envelope contents and/or other remittance related documents, intelligent assistance in deciphering the contents of the envelope and the remittance documents contained therein or scanned in, storage of scanned documents for subsequent retrieval, error detection and error resolution recommendations, and, as a last step, production of computer files that can be passed into the Oracle CC&B Customer Information and Billing System (Division of Water) and the SCT Banner Customer Information and Billing System (for publice power )

By Integration and Implementation Services we mean the services including hardware set up and configuration, software set up and configuration, and training to produce an end to end solution to support the remittance processing requirements. In addition, these services include the de-installation of the existing equipment, removal of the equipment from the facility, and disposal of the equipment
