The Commission is seeking a general contractor for the drilling and installation of four (4) to six (6) monitor / gas recovery wells on the Site Project the extent of natural gas in shallow Permian Red Bed zones. Currently there are 5 monitoring / gas recovery wells. This Project consists of drilling up to an additional six (6) monitoring / recovery wells, running and cementing 4 surface casing, and drilling to total depths ranging from 150 to 100 deep. Bids submitted will be based on rates for various labor, material, equipment, goods and services to be provided either by or through the Contractor.
