MAA has a need for a comprehensive moving service provider that is capable of successfully accomplishing pre-planning for the move, and executing a well coordinated, efficient, and cost effective move on schedule. The move in should be accomplished with minimum of lost productive time.
The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is responsible for relocating office furniture and equipment belonging to approximately 50 employees from 901 Elkridge Landing Road, Linthicum, Maryland 21090 (approximately 19,661 net useable square feet) to 4 office locations on the Upper Level and third floor in the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Terminal building and to 1500 Amtrak Way, Linthicum, Maryland 21090. The newly renovated space will be substantially completed on or about December 5, 2009. Move is to take place approximately the 2nd week of January 2010. MAA is committed to ensuring a smooth move process for these departments from their former location to the new location.
