Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about June 16, 2014
Description: The intent for this contract is to secure services for the moving of a modular barracks from the Mad River Ranger District to the Orleans Ranger District. The work shall include tear down and set up of a 27'4" x 64'-0" modular barracks; the construction of a pier foundation; skirting at the modular crawl space and all utility hookups. The work includes repair work to the interior and exterior finishes of the modular barracks and the installation of new prefabricated aluminum stairs and accessible ramp. The modular shall be ready to occupy upon the completion of all work items.
Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project.
Location: Bridgeville and Orleans, CA areas on the Six Rivers National Forest.
Price Range: $25,000 - $100,000
Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 4:30 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation.
SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
