Relocating Agent Cashier-B137
The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all transportation, parts, tools, specialized equipment, supervision and technical expertise required to completely prepare the site for building operations. Work includes demolition and removal of existing materials and furnishing labor and materials in order to relocate the agent cashier B-137 project as required by drawings and specifications. The contractor will provide all parts and perform all work.
General Scope: The Contractor will provide all transportation, material, hardware, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise for demolition and removal of existing materials and perform all work to relocate the agent cashier B-137 at the Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC). Scope will include but not limited to:
Performing work as described above and in accordance with developed design drawings and specifications.
All work to be performed during normal business hours; weekend and night work must be pre-approved.
Provide clean up and remove all debris.
Estimated construction magnitude is between $250,000 - $500,000.

This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about May 24, 2019. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 business days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for the site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
