Release Testing and Stability Testing
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and the Office of Acquisition Management Contracts and Grants (AMCG) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the requirement to 1) Perform release testing and stability testing of H5N1 A/Indonesia vaccine final containers at 60mcgHA/mL 2) Ensure that this vaccine is intended to be evaluated in an upcoming clinical study sponsored by BARDA/ASPR/HHS. This announces intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, responsible interested parties may submit information in response to this sources sought notice in which they can identify interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 6.302-1. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis based upon the responses received.
