The Housing Authority, hereafter referred to as the PHA, is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to perform, subcontract and coordinate all Work required for the Rehabilitation of three PHA owned properties....and includes comprehensive Housing Rehabilitation of single family, occupied homes. The work includes, but is not
limited to: rehabilitation of walls, windows, doors, electrical re-wire, re-roofing, stucco, inter-exterior paint, and lead-based paint remediation.
