Rehabilitation Services
The State request proposals from Vermont Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. Services will be provided six days a week. Services are provided to Veterans/Members who are residents of the Home and also to a limited number of outpatients. Rehabilitative companies and other type of group practices are invited to bid.
