The City of Altus, OK seeks professional engineering services to assess requirements and develop plans, specifications and all necessary documents necessary to obtain any/all permits required by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for the rehabilitation of eight multi-media filter cells rated at 2MGD each at the City's water treatment facility.
