Rehabilitate HVAC System Sitka NHP
The National Park Service, Sitka National Historic Park, has a requirement for rehabilitation of the HVAC system in the curatorial area of the visitor center. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available at https://www.fbo.gov or at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ on or about July 15, 2016 with offers due August 1, 2016. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 36, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238220, size standard $15.0 million. Offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and be actively registered at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) to be considered for award.
