The State University Construction Fund (The Fund) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for a comprehensive rehabilitation of the exterior of the Engineering Building at Binghamton University. The work will involve replacement of windows, construction of vestibules, insulated metal panel systems, concrete repairs, energy modeling, hazardous materials and asbestos abatement, selective demolition, and related geotechnical, civil and site work.
