This contract provides for repairing Slip E transfer span structural deficiencies, replacing bridge control panel, replacing apron hoist system and hinges, apron counterweight system, replacing bridge hoist and counterweight sheaves, replacing the hoist and counterweight cable connection to the lift beam, and seismic retrofit of bridge seat
