The County is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Consultants to provide scheduled and emergency services
to prepare regulatory compliance documents for California Accidental Release Program (CalARP), Certified Unified
Program Agency (CUPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Risk Management Program
(RMP), and Process Safety Management (PSM), for any of the County Service Area (CSA) water and sanitation
facilities operated or maintained by the District.
