The Government's required delviery is 240 days.

The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price Indefinate Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 5963-01-663-0419. The Government is pursuing this IQC for a 1 year base period and 4, one year options. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,963,605. At the time of solicitation there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Pacific Consolidated Industries (75906) P/N 800248-001.

This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around February 1, 2019. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avaialble, and must be downloaded from the internetsite above.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioecononomic factors as described in the solicitation.
