Registration Services for Commission Events
The Contractor is to provide on-site registration staff and web based event registration services for Commission events. The Commission conducts approximately ten (10) events in various locations in Texas. There will be small (100 or less attendees), medium (100-200 attendees), and large (200 or more attendees) events. The largest event the Commission conducts is the Environmental Trade Fair & Conference (ETFC), held annually at the Austin Convention Center. This event has approximately 1500 - 2000 attendees that register as attendees, 400 exhibiting entities with 1500 - 2000 exhibitors’ staff. Commission will provide Contractor a list of scheduled events at the beginning of the contract period. During the course of the fiscal year, additional events may be added.
