Improvement & Efficiency West Midlands seeks to contract for a Regional IT eRecruitment Portal solution. The solution will provide a fully automated recruitment process for all member local authorities and will include the functionality of the both the advertisement of opportunities and the entire application process. The solution will also include the ability to feed into existing authority's systems where appropriate.
