The City Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) is soliciting Statements of
Qualifications (SOQs) from interested parties (Respondents) to provide professional services for
the proposed Capital Improvement and Energy Management Plan (Plan) at the Regional
Wastewater Control Facility (RWCF). Project delivery is a two-step process starting with this
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP).
Once SOQs are received, a City Council Study Session will be held to review the SOQs and
consider the continuation of the two-step process into the RFP stage.
