Regional Transportation Plan / Sustainable Communities Strategy
The organization is seeking consultant assistance on the required RTP/SCS outreach. Each metropolitan planning organization is required to prepare a sustainable communities strategy, subject to the requirements of Part 450 of Title 23, and Part 93 of Title 40, of the Code of Federal Regulations, including the requirement to utilize the most recent planning assumptions considering local general plans and other factors.
