The Authority is soliciting proposals from consultants and consultant teams to create a Regional Transit Oriented Development Assessment. The purpose of this planning project is a study to identify opportunities to facilitate transit-oriented development ("TOD") along the State Highway 82 ("SH 82") Bus Rapid Transit ("BRT") corridor. This project is being funded in part by a grant from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), using Section 5304 funding, with local match funds coming from RFTA and stakeholder communities.
