The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites you to submit a proposal to operate the San Francisco Bay Area's Regional Ridesharing & Bicycling Program (RRBP). The initial period of performance for this contract will be five years, from June 1, 2011 (estimated date of contract execution) to June 30, 2016 with a total estimated budget of approximately $19,620,000. At MTC's sole option, the contract may be renewed for up to five (5) additional years in increments of MTC's choosing, subject to the annual budgetary approval processes of MTC
