Regional Plan for Sustainable Development Case Studies

The Council is currently undertaking completion of a Regional Plan for Sustainable Development (RPSD) for the 13-county region. The RPSD is funded by a grant received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Sustainable Communities Planning Grant Program. The RPSD will examine strategies for maintaining the region’s quality of life in the realms of housing, transportation and infrastructure, the environment, the economy, and healthy communities.
