Regional Park Tennis and Soccer Facility Buildings

The project includes the completion of two recreational building types. The Tennis building is a total of 2,012 SF with 1,772 SF of covered porches. The building is wood construction with cement board siding, metal roof, and aluminum storefront. The building contains retails space, a warming kitchen and conference area with locker/restroom facilities. The Soccer Building is a total of 992 SF which includes a concession area, restrooms, janitor and electrical room. Construction is CMU walls and partitions with a standing seam metal roof on plywood roof sheathing on wood roof framing.
