Regional Measure 2 Project Monitoring Program

The Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a
proposal to implement a Project Monitoring Program (PMP) to assist MTC in its role of
managing the Regional Traffic Relief Plan of Regional Measure 2 (RM 2).
The selected Consultant shall be expected to perform the following tasks for the capital
improvement projects that are identified in the Regional Traffic Relief Plan of Regional
Measure 2: monitor the development and progress of all RM2 projects with focused
oversight on 13 specific projects (See Appendix A-2, Select 13 Major Projects),
investigate and advise on project issues, provide document management, maintain or
modify the existing monitoring software system, and maintain or enhance project
reports for the Commission.
