Region 10 Customer Service Improvement Project
The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is to obtain professional, technical and administrative support for Head Start and Early Head Start grantees through the provision of high quality programmatic, grants management, administrative and technical analysis services. This procurement supports federal staff who oversee Head Start and Early Head Start grants, Early Head Start - Child Care Partnership grants (EHS-CCP), and Head Start State Collaboration grants which are administered by the Office of Head Start Region 10 in Seattle, WA.
This solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, as a 100% set aside for small business concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program.
The government contemplates awarding a time-and-material contract resulting from this solicitation for the services defined in the attachment. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. It is offerors' responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation.
