Refuse Collection and Disposal
The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the contents from each container. Each container shall be emptied, returned to its original location and the lid replaced. Garbage and refuse spilled by contractor’s representative shall be swept up and removed during the current pick-up. All excess debris within a five (5) foot distance of the container shall be disposed of by the contractor at the time of scheduled service.
