Refuse Collection BHNF
The Black Hills National Forest has an anticipated requirement to obtain services for refuse waste removal collection, removal, and disposal of garbage and public refuse from the Black Hills National Forest sites for the period from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015, to include (4) option years. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, permits and licenses necessary for these services
Solicitation, AG-67T0-S-14-0075, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562111

To ensure that you receive all information regarding this solicitation, you're encouraged to register for updates at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation (RFP) will be issued on or about July 10, 2014, with bids due on or about August 08, 2014. The solicitation (specifications, clauses and provisions, and forms) will only be available electronically on the FedBizOpps website. Potential offerors must register with FedBizOpps in order to have access to the solicitation material.
Offerors submitting a Request For Proposal are required by the FAR to use the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). SAM is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the FAR required representations and certifications previously found in Solicitations. With SAM, vendors now have the ability to enter and maintain their representation and certification information. Vendors will need to review and/or update the SAM record when changes are necessary; annually to maintain an active status.
