The City is soliciting sealed bids from financially stable, experienced and qualified vendors who are interested in entering into a Contract to perform the refurbishment of the City's Law Enforcement Center (LEC) cooling tower. The work for this Project shall include, among other things, the cleaning of the cold water basins and headpans, repair of the deteriorated metal surfaces in preparation for the application of a bonding agent, the application of the selected bonding agent to the thickness prescribed, and the issuance of guarantees and warranties on the workmanship and product application.
