This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Refurbishment prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. M67004-14-T-0085 IS BEING ISSUED as a Request For Quote. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Harris Corporation (Cage Code 14304), 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610-1839 for the refurbishment of the items listed in Attachment #1.
