The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide services asthe employer of approximately 50 eligible refugees working at the LDS Humanitarian Center. The Offerer must provide wages, all federal and state tax withholding;WorkersCompensationtofortheeligiblerefugees,TheDepartments Refugee Services Office is working with the LDS Humanitarian Center, allowing working refugee to study English is part of the job description. Temporary Assistant for Needy Families (TANF) funds provided by the Department of workforce Services, Refugee Services Office; hereafter know as the Department; will fund the salaries.
