Merced County Human Service Agencys Employment Services Branch (ESB) will collaborate with the selected vendor to optimize the services available to eligible refugees. Services must be delivered so that any refugees that are eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) will meet the Welfare-to-Work (WtW) requirements as defined in the California Department of Social Services (DSS) Manual Eligibility Assistance, Chapter 42-700.
