Refridgerated Truck Lease
This solicitation is RESTRICTED to a Totally Small Business for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12, 13 and 15 and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 532120, size standard $35.5 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 03 is soliciting quotations from qualified, responsible Totally Small Businesses who have technical expertise and necessary resources to provide reliable transportation of perishable foods located at VISN 03 facilities in New York and New Jersey. Contract will be effective july 31 2014 through July 30, 2015 with four optional years. This solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ with an anticipated closing date of July 30, 2014. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendment or additional information via the fedbizopps website. Potential contractors must be registered in the System For Award Management to be eligible for award.
