The solicitation will result in a Definite quantity buy for a quantity of 1711 each.
The required production lead-time is 360 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin.
Requirement is an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Item is Commercial. Item is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Higher-level contract quality inspection required.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
