Redraw council district boundaries
The City Council is required to redistrict the City into seven numbered districts by ordinance no earlier than three months and no later than six months after receipt of the census data. The City therefore requests proposals for a legal consultant to review the 2010 Census Block Data. The City will use its Geographical Information Systems (GIS) employees for providing and modeling demographic data and is not requesting such demographic services.
